Thoughts about PLUGIN API ...
A user can "disable" a plugin with Wings3D and checkboxes.
Seems like a single plugin developer ought to be able to GROUP his plugins
not by file_names ... but some kind of group-owner tag. Mine could be manifoldlab or something.
And then a USER could select to see the plugins listed by owner-grouping which would
be different than groups like import, command, misc ... etc.

Then you plugin display could maybe just show separators between groups in the list
of check-boxes. Or this could be an optional way to sort them together.
