I haven't been able to find an answer for this one so sorry if it I'm repeating something.
I'm using hot keys to move selections rather than go through the right click menu but when my mouse is moving while pressing the hot key it remembers how far the mouse has moved and moves the selection that far upon releasing the hot key. I would like to know if there is a way to make the selection only start to move once the hot key has been released? I'd say the vast majority of time I use a hot key my mouse is moving so this can cause frustration.
