So I've wings3d 0.99.06 and 04a. I've updated my manifoldlab with your latest installer.

I've 3DELIGHT 7.0, install by default in C:\program~1\3Dlight

I've tested this scène: (render opengl)


With 3dlight I've this:

All shader materiau: Constant
In the console I've this:

With the shader plastic I've the same error and some other I've this error:


You can see , the render 3dlight It's very different to opengl.
The 3dlght rendering work good only with the vertex color for me.
So I've compare your .sl shader and my 3dlight shader, and the shader in ribbit\3dlight\shader was compiled with 3Delight 6.0.4 win32 (Nov 9 2006), This shader works they with my version 3dlight 0.7 ?
I've tested to compile my 0.7 shader with your program C:\Program Files\wings3d_0.99.06\lib\wings-0.99.06\plugins\ribbit\ribbit_shaders\3Delight\src\to_sdf.exe, but I've an error.

If you can help me it's very cool Ggalien I dont no why it does not work under wings3d, so yes if you can greate a doc or video tutorial It's very cool.
