Open your RIB file with a text editor and verify that it contains proper paths to your shader libraries.

IIRC, if this is the path, Wings will literally look for "c:\progra~1..." which does not exist, as this is the "DOS only" name of the "Program Files" directory. I'm not sure it's ever been fixed, but at one time (and possible still) Wings could not deal with file paths/ directories with null characters (spaces) in the names. Out of habit, I always installed Yafray, and other 3rd party renderers to "C:\*****" where ***** is the renderer name. e.g I have Yafray installed in c:\yafray. Try re-installing 3Delight to "C:\3Delight" and remember to re-configure Wings to look for the renderer in it's new location.
