Is there a way to do textures that isn't ridiculously tedious or complicated? I used to be able to get texturing to work in an earlier version but now
it's all greek to me.

The dev's aren't in the habit of tossing out existing workflows when new tools are incorporated, so whatever you were doing before should work.
That said, I assume you've not done much texturing... UV mapping is pretty much equally tedious in most apps. As far as complicated, I really don't see texturing in Wings being any more complicated than it is in any other app.??? |

I can't remember what I did.
I can't remember how create, export, photoshop, import and apply multiple meshes on the same object. It was tedious as hell because I can't keep track of all the bullshit, like one panel might be right across from itself and the next might be right next to it, causing it to $!@% up. I know that doesn't make any sense, but I can't make it any clearer. It's because the meshes come out all $%@%%$ up sometimes. |
