			<description><![CDATA[ thanks for the suggestions....after experimenting with all import options in blender figured out that wavefront[.obj] does the import/export routine in a
flawless way...blender forum suggested vrml which does not seem to function...

wings 3d is much easier than blender in the realm of character modeling...so the import/export annoyance is definitely justified...

is created when you install blender).

			<description><![CDATA[ the python ycarry mentioned is not totally needed(you could just in Blender go to file menu, Import, Wavefront obj). It just saves times later in blender not
having to recreate hard edges. Or making subdiv seams, in blender it&#39;s got some powerful thingy about the control over that. I&#39;d use that plugin, tho.

It&#39;s a python plugin, yep, like all plugins in blender.

use whatever the blender uses for importing obj&#39;s. There. Youre done. ]]></description>
