Cause:  While doing an OpenGL render with shadows on premium setting, a dialogue from another program (specifically a yahoo buddy is online dialogue) popped
up.  Menus had gone blank.  Closed the program and reopened.  Everything is fine except the main button bar had completely disappeared.

			<description><![CDATA[ <br>The way wings3d currently handles textures (of which the preview is one) sometimes results in a blurry picture. <br><br>To overcome this problem a simple measure can be taken:<br><br>Only make renders of power of 2. Like 256*256 or 512*512.<br><br>This way the preview will look the same as the actual render (*.tga for instance).<br><br>If everything still looks bad you should go into your gfx card options and check whether you have set your texture quality to the highest.<br> ]]></description>
