Here&#39;s my situation: I&#39;m working on a sculpty mesh (template: &quot;32x31 cylinder quad&quot;) for Second life. The mesh is a cylinder that I have made
in to a rectangular prism 1 edge thick, 31 edges wide, 30 edges tall. So... when I flattened the cylinder, I didn&#39;t get the verticies to be evenly
distributed and thus textures are distorted.

			<title><![CDATA[ Where do preferences save on Vista? ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ Every time I start Wings (1.0.2 or 1.2.rc1) on Vista (not administrator) I have to reset all the preferences. The code looks like it&#39;s looking for a
registry key that isn&#39;t there on Vista to find the place to store the file. Setting the executable to WinXP compatibility doesn&#39;t seem to help.

Does anyone know how to get Wings to save preferences on Vista?

			<description><![CDATA[ Is it possible to have two UV texture maps for one object? I want to make a skin texture and clothing, so what I did was only selected the areas of my model
for skin, UV mapped, and made the texture. Next I figured by selecting the area for clothing and by unwrapping that it&#39;d create a separate texture file for
the clothing, but instead it just put the cutout layout on top of the old one. How would I go about having two textures for one object that don&#39;t overlap?

I am trying out Wings for building things within Second Life.  I have no problems getting it to run on my computers at home.  However, I am often not at home
and I also keep my modeling programs on a Flash Drive and usually run them from that when I am working on a PC that I can not install things onto.

I have no problems doing this with programs like Gimp and Blender, as they seem to run fine from my Flash Drive..

delete all of the materials and such so it&#39;s like i didn&#39;t do it.

When i now export to a program called realmcrafter(direct x 9) i can&#39;t see any of the textures and when i delete all the materials/imported images with
outliner it leaves the model colorful.

			<description><![CDATA[ How would I create an edge parallel to, and at a precise relative distance to another edge? Eg. Take a Cube; Create a vertical edge parallel to another, 0.25
units away from it (in the cube).

What I do now is this:

 Connect two horizontal edges.
<br>
 Snap to existing edge.
<br>
 Move it precise distance.
<br>
This is for making stuff like (reasonably) precise L-shaped rooms, and such. But this is quite tedious when doing it a lot. I&#39;m sure there must be a better
